Acne no more – review

Acne No More is the #1 best selling acne ebook in the history of the Internet for a reason…

Thousands of women and men of every age have completely cured their acne condition and achieved lasting clear skin naturally, without drugs, over the counters, creams or “magic potions,” simply by using the clinically proven, scientifically-accurate step by step method found inside this amazing acne freedom guidebook.

Mike Walden, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another “acne cure program” into an already over-saturated market. Mike’s Acne No More can be more accurately described as an “Acne Bible.” It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to acne freedom you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other clear skin publications on the market?

Well first of all, it’s not just a “acne relief” or “skin care” program, it’s a holistic acne cure program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you’ve read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing “acne relief” is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you’ve failed to stop and maintain your ‘acne free internal environment’. Acne No More shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

Secondly, what makes Acne No More different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to achieve permanent freedom from acne symptoms and from hormonal and toxic overload disorders. Acne No More not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about acne, blackheads, and hormonal health and inner balance ever written.

Go to official Acne No More site –> AcneNoMore.com

The Acne No More book is quite extensive (223 pages of rock solid content) which focuses on 100% natural acne treatment. That means there aren’t recommendations for harsh prescription drugs with nasty side effects. In Acne No More core formula section (The 5 pillars) – Nothing is held back. In this section, Mike gives a detailed overview of each step, and then dives into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it.

Because the Acne No More program is not a quick fix ‘fairy tale’ cure but a complete holistic solution aimed at eliminating the root cause of acne and digestive disorders (regardless of their severity) and ensure your will permanently be acne-free, it does take work and persistence to complete. “The dictionary is the only place success comes before work” says Mike, as he emphasizes the “no quick fix” philosophy behind the entire book.

If there is any drawback to the Acne No More ebook, it’s that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of acne program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Who will benefit most from Acne No More?

In the broadest sense, anyone and everyone who needs to cure their acne and regain their natural inner balance will benefit from Acne No More. This ebook is honestly for everyone. Even people without acne. This is a total health rejuvenation program better than 98% of the nutrition and alternative health books on the market.

In terms of graphic design, Acne No More is a clean and professionally formatted PDF e-book. It is well organized and ideal for printing and reading in the comfort of your own home.

This impressive and unique publication has changed many lives and the hundreds of inspiring testimonials and success stories are found on the Acne No More website archives as proof.

The Bottom line?

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to acne, anyone looking to be told fairy-tales, and anyone looking for a “magic bullet”, acne pills, over the counters, ‘acne freedom in 3 days’ hyped up programs should not waste his or her time with Acne No More.

On the other hand, anyone searching for the truth about acne and his natural inner balance and who is ready and willing to put in some work and make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve acne freedom, will find Acne No More to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives.

How to avoid shaving related neck acne

There are many men that get neck acne after and as a result of shaving usually occurring around the jaw line and the lower neck.  Some common problems could be, the use of old razors, the shaving products used could be too oily for your skin, shaving against the grain can be irritating to the skin and lead to ingrown hairs (another way to cause blocked pores) and cause neck acne.

Neck acne can be eased by warming and softening the hair about to be shaved prior to shaving. Also the use of steam from a hot flannel or towel over the head can help open the pores up.  Using a thick shaving cream for sensitive skin can soften the impact on the skin. Also shaving with the grain causes less irritation and reduces aggravation of acne, although it doesn’t give quite as closer shave it has a better chance of minimising the clogging of pores which in turn would lead to the growth of neck acne. Shaving in the shower and frequently washing the skin around the neck can help keep the pores clear.

Neck acne isn’t caused by shaving but is worsened by the irritation of the skin during the shave. By shaving in times where the skin is less inflamed and acne is minimal there is better chance of a clean shave with no further neck acne resulting.

To treat acne for good we need to look at what is causing it. A slow digestive system is a common cause as the excess of what is consumed has to be expelled somewhere and the skin being the biggest organ in the body is the logical place. Excess oil excreated to the skin along with bacterial growth and cloged pores result in acne being formed. By reducing the stress on our digestive system we can minimise the the amount of oils formed on the skin and reduce the amount of acne that grows.

Don’t hide your neck acne.

If neck acne is a common problem for you then you have probably read a number of articles that encourage you to or at least show you how you can cover it up.

Some of these methods include the wearing of extra clothes such as turtle necks, high collar shirts or by wearing a scarf. There are also a wide range of products designed to cover spots, neck acne and other blemishes.  The downside to either covering up your neck acne or concealing it is that neither actually can do anything about curing it and can actually worsen the acne. Neck acne or acne of any sort can be embarrassing but at what point does it dictate what we wear? And if it does what effect is it having on us?  Extra clothes can create a warm and moist environment for bacteria to grow which is great for neck acne. Wearing high collar shirts or similar garments that can rub and irritate the acne can help in spreading bacteria and thus aid the growth of acne. Lastly the use of products to conceal acne on the neck can block pores further and irritate and slow the healing process.

Leaving the neck acne exposed and being in a dry environment whereby relieving itself of excess oils and have the best chance of healing can be the best thing for your neck acne.

How does bacne affect confidence?

Confidence plays a big part in how successful and ambitious we are. When we are full of confidence we are able to approach any person of the opposite sex without fear or hesitation. We are also more comfortable reaching out further for bigger jobs or asking for pay rises.  People with more confidence are often more happy and less afraid of disappointment or being turned down which leads to better opportunities, success follows.

When a person is constantly worried about what other people might think of them it can have life time effects. People that suffer from bacne or other types of acne can endure cruel jokes or comments that can scar the victim and do emotional/ psychological damage. This can result in the victim becoming anti social, depressed and can cause anxiety. Someone with bacne that has been the subject of teasing or even hurtful comments from a friend/loved one (sometimes unintentional) might be less likely to take their shirt off in a public pool or beach, they might wear excess clothes covering the acne and they will be less comfortable forming new relationships or in social environments. The impact on someone with low self-confidence due to acne can be huge and devastating.

Unfortunately even if the bacne does go away the scaring that’s left can be as difficult to deal with as the acne. There are ways of reducing acne scaring but depending on the severity it can last a lifetime.

Bacne can directly affect our confidence and as a result it has an impact on the rest of our lives. By being proactive in treating bacne we can minimise the damage it has on our lives. Although acne can be partially treated by topical creams and antibiotics which work for the period of use and have side effects, a more natural approach to healing acne is by looking at diet as acne is sometimes believed to be a reflection of digestive problems.

Beat neck acne

The skin on the neck is some of the most sensitive skin on the body. Touch the skin on your hands or face and compare it to the skin on your neck which is much thinner. This being the case we need to treat our neck acne a little different to the rest of our acne.

A common mistake when dealing with neck acne is that people apply to many products and often too much of these products to their neck acne in thinking that the more they put on the faster it will go away. This is not the case. In most circumstances the more you put on the more your skin will be irritated which can cause inflammation and discomfort.

When dealing with neck acne we can see that it is in such a place on the body that is ripe for the growth of bacteria and as such we need to be extra vigilant with maintaining hygiene. The sweat build-up from a long day at work and a constant rubbing of the shirt collar could be a cause of neck acne. There are people that have had neck acne grow from not changing their bed sheets and pillow cases often enough. You can imagine a warm place and a combination of dirt and sweat from the head would be a great place for bacteria to fester. Often neck acne can be brought on by not maintaining a dry and oil free environment. After showing or shampooing excess oils that are not rinsed off properly can aid in providing a suitable environment for acne growth. Along with these common causes stress is always a big factor in sporadic acne and the neck is often the target.

Acne if only periodic can be treated by drying the skin and/ or stopping the production of oils. These methods come in the form of either topical creams or antibiotics but they only work for the duration of use and often have side-effects that far out way the benefits of use. Always consult your doctor first. Further than that for a holistic approach a more natural method of curing neck acne consult your local dietician or holistic therapist. Often acne is a result of internal turmoil from the digestive system or being emotionaly stressed.

Scalp Acne products, what works?

There are literally thousands of scalp acne products available on the market. It’s often a daunting task trying to figure out what is the best product, with companies spending millions of dollars on advertising selling scalp acne products how are we supposed to know what works?

The truth is that no scalp acne products claiming to cure acne and sold over the counter will work. They may have temporary benefits and may be able to hind or reduce visibility but scalp acne along with all other acnes can only be cured permanently in one way.  Diet is the biggest factor in causing long term and aggressive acne. Of course there are other causes but they are usually temporary. They include stress, hormones and lifestyle, what antibiotics you are on and also include what clothes you’re wearing and your environment.  If you have scalp acne that is not going away after using different topical creams or drying shampoos and you’re looking to cure your scalp acne for good then you need to take a look at when your scalp acne occurs and what activities you have participated in, what you had eaten and if you where under any excess stress at the time?  It may be that something you have eaten is not being digested in the proper manor and causing a sluggish digestive system, this would result in our biggest organ excreting the excess. Excess oils will be pushed to the surface of the skin where in combination with bacteria growth leads to scalp acne in some cases. Scalp acne is common among people with lots of hair, where there is a warm and sometimes moist area with excess oils.

To combat scalp acne you could record what you eat and monitor when your scalp acne flares up. Using a process of elimination and cutting out the food/ foods that irritate and slow digestion will be very beneficial.

Cure your scalp acne for good.

Could my acne meds becausing a terrible itching scalp?

I’m been taking pills and using creams on my face for acne for about 3 months now and all of a sudden my scalp is terribly itchy, esecially at night. I can’t seem to stop scratching. I don’t have lice, but I’m just trying to figure out what the problem could be. Any idea? I’m guessing my meds, but how do I get rid of this problem?

My sister once took Accutane, a very potent acne medicine with dangerous side effects. I don’t recall her scalp getting itchy, but I know her face got VERY VERY VERY dry and scaly. Perhaps that is what’s going on w/your head.
